Our Beers

Our beers are handcrafted on-site by our award winning Brewmaster with all natural and local ingredients wherever possible, always bursting with flavour with a bias toward minimal processing. All of our brews are unfiltered and contain high levels of vitamin B complex, proteins and amino acids as well as trace minerals, a healthy drink when consumed in moderation.

Our latest release comes in the form of an American-style Mild ale. Based on a UK Pale Mild with one exception; it's pummeled with Pacific Northwest hops at IPA levels! Brewed with Citra and Simcoe along with copious amounts of biscuit and aromatic malts.3.1% ABV / 25 IBUs

Just in time for the onslaught that is the Ladies Beer League (pucker up ladies, mwahaha!), Thursday @ 7:15 p.m. we have our latest release in the form of:
Synaptic Illusion - A Sour Saison
Berries, fruit and spice with a little bit of funk and a whole lot of tart; a little farmhouse ale with a serious wallop of refreshing flavour and acidity.
The wort was soured with some lacto delbruckii I whipped up in the back room. Boiled the wort for 30 minutes, cooled then fermented on a 4th yr-running Saison strain originating from a culture of Wyeast 3711 French Saison - not really sure what it is now, it's morphed. Aged on oak to finish = money. Regardless, a fun beer all around!

Fathom IPA
Our West Coast-style India Pale Ale screams hop flavour and aroma with an amazing candy-like oily balance. Delicious hop-forward notes of citrus, grapefruit pith and pine meld together as one with malty undertones finishing with a long, lingering draw. A fabulous pairing with all things spicy or cheesy, poultry or fish dishes. 6.9 % ABV / 70 IBUs 12 oz $5.75 / 18 oz $7.75
Big Water Brown
An English style brown ale with delicate flavours and bouquet of caramel, toffee, nuts, malt and fruit. A delicious, balanced and approachable craft beer for the aficionado or beginner alike! Fantastic paired with traditional pub fare, grilled meats or chocolate desserts. 5.5 % ABV / 17 IBUs
Jacktar Stout
Our stout is brewed with plenty of hops in classic North American-style and sports a deep roastiness with hints of chocolate, raisins, caramel, coffee and fruit. It's big, dark and delicious! Excellent with shellfish, smoked meats, cheeses, grilled meats or chocolate desserts. 6.7 % ABV / 70 IBUs
Deadwood Wheat
A North American style Weizen brewed with 50% malted white wheat. Light body and delicate hopping marry with bready wheat notes wrapping it up with a lightly tart finish to make this one a great quaff. The perfect pairing with whitefish, mussels or salads. 5.0 % ABV / 12 IBUs
